Cribbage Group!

Cribbage Group meets Thursday afternoons in the Parish Hall!

Any and all are welcome to join.

Chair Yoga: 6-Week Session

Tuesdays, 11:00am - Beginning October 13

Hour long accessible yoga for all fitness groups.

Practice standing using a chair for balance.

Movements include forward bends, strengthening, breath work,

and ending with meditation.

Originally designed as a group providing fun and fellowship for parishioners of St. James who are single,

today's “Soulmates” welcomes every adult in the St. James family to join in on adventure across the state,

or to go to the movies or a play, or out to lunch, or to play games,

or to simply sit and look at the beauty of Lake Champlain with friends.

A volunteer group, open to all, meets several times a year to plan activities. Come join us!
